1 - What pieces are in the Elper clutch kit? |
|
R: All kits include clutch disc, clutch
cover, bearing and rotor. Some kits also
include the actuator, depending on the
application. |

2 - What is the Elper clutch kit warranty? |
|
R: The warranty is 6 months (180 days) or 10,000 km,
the one that happens first. |

3 - When should I change the Elper clutch
kit? |
|
R: The Elper clutch kit is produced under
stricted requirements to attend the vehicle
assemblers and ABNT standards. Verify at
your vehicle manual the assembler
recommendation follow the instructions about
when scheduling the preventive maintenance. |

4 - Are the Elper pieces new or
remanufactured? |
|
R: All Elper products are new and
manufactured under high quality control. |

5 - Is the Elper clutch kit already
balanced? |
|
R: Sim, all Elper clutch covers and disc are balanced during
the production process. This way it will not
have vibration after application. |

6 - How can I improve the Elper clutch kit
system? |
|
R: The way you drive your car influences the
life of the clutch system. That is why is
important that you to follow the
instructions below:
Press the clutch pedal only when changing
the gear
Never let your foot over the clutch pedal ,
because it aparts the cover disc and the
clutch disc, causing premature wear.
When driving on a ramp, use the hand break
to start the car instead of trying to break
the car using the clutch pedal
Always when changing the gear, do it
gradually respecting the gear sequence. In
this way the clutch system will work softly.
In case of traffic jam or waiting for for
the green traffic light, let the car out of
gear instead of engaged, so that you avoid
unnecessary wear to the clutch system
Train your way of driving for achieving sync
between the moment that you need to
accelerate and press the clutch pedal at the
same time, when you need to start the
vehicle
Never start the car with the second gear

7 - What is not common to happen after
installing the Elper clutch kit? |

R: It is not common spining, vibration or
dificulty to engage the gears. In case of
one of these problems happens to your car,
immediately contact one of our authorized
partners. |
